Delivery Policy Overview

We at Fuel Nutrition.com ensure safe and fast delivery of the products through reputed courier partners and Indian postal services. When you place an order, we automatically select the carrier that offers the greatest savings and fastest delivery. We’ve partnered with multiple regional and national carriers, so depending on your location, tracking information can vary.

  • Most domestic orders are shipped from our warehouse locations within 24 hours and should arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your location, the carrier, and the selected delivery option. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 5-7 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical constraints.
  • Once your order ships and a tracking number has been assigned to your package, we’ll send you an email with all the details. Included in the email is the name of the carrier, the ship date, and the tracking number. You can any time visit our website to track your order Note: It can take up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to update in the system. If the tracking information is not available, please wait 48 business hours from the time the order was shipped.
  • Shipping rates vary depending on the method selected, the weight of the order and geography. But we ship all your orders above Rs.2000/- for Free all over India. We bear all the Octroi/sales tax and there is no additional shipping charge that you have to pay at the time of the delivery.

  • Delivery charges will be as per actuals and the same will be displayed during the time of purchase.
  • We accept payments via various payment modes like Net banking, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Wallets, UPI & Cash on Delivery.
  • We ship from Monday through Saturday excluding public holidays. We cannot be held responsible for any shipment not arriving within any guaranteed time due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • If you feel that the packing has tampered before the delivery of the product, kindly reject the package and inform our customer care, mentioning your order reference number.
  • All products will be shipped with the original invoice mentioning the price inclusive of taxes.

2-HOUR DELIVERY SERVICE POLICY

  • Service Availability:
  • Our 2-hour delivery service is available in Delhi from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be delivered the next day during operating hours.

  • Payment Term:
  • 2-hour delivery is available for Only Prepaid Order.

  • Delivery Timeframe:
  • We aim to deliver within 2 hours of order confirmation. Delays due to traffic or weather will be communicated promptly.

  • Delivery Charges:
  • We charge a flat fee of Rs.99 for our 2-hour deliver service.

  • Coverage Area:
  • Our service covers most areas in Delhi. If your location is outside our range, we’ll notify you and suggest alternatives.

  • Accurate Information:
  • Please provide accurate delivery details. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delay in delivery.

  • Cancellations/Modifications:
  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 15 minutes of confirmation. Changes requested later may not be accepted.

RETURN & CANCELLATION

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items you order and your experience with Fuel Nutrition.com. With our 14 days return policy, We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Fuel Nutrition.com

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Any cancellation post dispatch or non acceptance will levy a charge of 10% of total order value.
  • If a product you receive is damaged during shipment or is not what you ordered then please get in touch with our customer care on support@fule_nutrition.com within 14 days of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then send you a replacement or add Cashback points as per your request. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier costs as per the invoice in the form of store credit.
  • Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be eligible for any return or refund.
  • All return request are subject to unboxing video only, any request without unboxing video will not be entertained.
  • If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 14 days ago, or if the item was purchased using in-store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
  • Any item that caused an adverse reaction (e.g., vomiting, rashes, stomach upset or severe headaches) and for issues with taste, flavor, likes/dislikes or lack of results from a product are not eligible for any return or refund. (Please consult your doctor before buying the product)
  • Clumping of moisture attracting products like aminos, pre-workouts, bcaas, creatine etc is a natural process and is not eligible for any return, refund or exchange.
  • Items in clearance sale or marked as un-returnable at the time of placing an order would not be eligible for any return or refund.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered will not be eligible for any return or refund.
